Whether they are white, red meats or cold cuts, the main problem in the meat processing areas is the slippery fat floor.

For this reason it's very important to choose the right type of anti-slip surface which allows the floors to be washed easily. Anyway using anti-bacterial coating materials is the best way to combat the risk of contamination that can be  caused by organic production waste but also by external agents. To make cleaning operations easier, a correctly sized drainage system is required.
